Who is MeetNotely for?Anyone who meets a lot.
For people who spend their day in calls and can't take notes at the same time, in English, Arabic or both. Here is how each of them uses it, and the plan that fits.
Three ways to use it
On your own. With a team. Or as a partner.
By role
The same notes.Different jobs.
What a typical day of meetings looks like in each role, and what MeetNotely leaves behind after it.
Founders
- The meetings
- Investor updates, customer calls and hiring interviews, often back to back.
- What changes
- Stay in the conversation and leave with what was promised and by whom. Ask last month's investor call what you agreed to send.
Consultants
- The meetings
- Client workshops and status calls where every commitment counts.
- What changes
- Send the client a summary they can check, with every decision linked to its moment. Share the notes by link, with or without the recording.
Recruiters
- The meetings
- Screening calls and interviews all day, with notes to write after each one.
- What changes
- Keep your eyes on the candidate, not the keyboard. Check what each candidate said, at the exact moment, before you write the scorecard.
Sales teams
- The meetings
- Discovery calls and demos where the details decide the deal.
- What changes
- Pain points, budget and next steps come with their timestamps. Share a short clip of the client's own words with the team.
Product teams
- The meetings
- Weekly syncs, user interviews and planning calls.
- What changes
- Decisions and owners land in one place, cited. Search every meeting for what users said about a feature.
Client and customer teams
- The meetings
- Onboarding sessions, check-ins and support calls across many accounts.
- What changes
- Ask every call with an account what was promised. Hand an account over with links to the moments that matter.
For teams
One workspace.One balance.
A team workspace keeps every meeting in one shared library, so nobody has to forward notes or ask who was in the call.
- Owner, admin and member roles
- Invite colleagues to the workspace
- One credit balance and no seat fees
- Shared meetings, links and clips
- Google Calendar alerts for everyone who connects
Arabic and English
Built for both.Not translated later.
For teams in the Gulf and the wider Arabic-speaking world, whose meetings run in Arabic, in English or in both at once.
Enterprise and partners
Your brand on top.Let's talk.
For organisations with strict data rules, and for agencies and software companies that want to offer meeting notes under their own name. White-label means MeetNotely with your name, logo and domain. It isn't self-serve: tell us what you need and we'll work out the details with you.
- Your name, logo and domain on the product
- Pricing agreed per organisation
- A direct line to the team that builds it
Today our database is in Frankfurt and recordings are stored in the EU. The privacy policy lists every provider that processes meetings, and where.
Read the privacy policyQuestions?Answered.
Is MeetNotely only for teams?
No. Start on your own with the Personal plan, and create or join a team workspace whenever you need one. The price per recorded hour is the same.
Do the people I meet with need an account?
No. Nothing joins the call, and they don't install or sign up for anything. To share the notes with them, send a link.
Our meetings switch between Arabic and English. Is that a problem?
No. A meeting that mixes the two is handled as one meeting, and the notes follow the language it was held in. You can translate the notes into another language afterwards.
Can we offer MeetNotely to our clients under our own brand?
That's what the white-label partnership is for: your name, logo and domain on the product. It is set up with the team, not self-serve. Tell us about your clients and how you'd offer it, and we'll talk it through.
What if our organisation has strict rules about data?
Tell us what they are. Today our database is in Frankfurt and recordings are stored in the EU, meetings are never used to train AI models, and the privacy policy lists every provider. For anything beyond that, talk to the team.
Meet all day?Take no notes.
Founders, consultants, recruiters and teams: record from the browser and leave every call with cited notes and clear next steps.
