MeetNotely features.Everything, in detail.

What MeetNotely does before, during and after a meeting, and what you can do with each part. Every note is cited, nothing joins the call, and it works in English, Arabic and more.

After the call

Notes you can check.Down to the second.

Every meeting comes back as a transcript, notes and next steps, and every line points to where it came from.

Cited notes

After each meeting, MeetNotely writes a summary, the key decisions and the notes that matter, split into chapters. Every line carries the timestamp it came from: click it and the recording plays that exact moment, so you can check a note before you act on it or send it on.

  • A summary, key decisions and notes, written from the transcript
  • Chapters that split a long call into its topics
  • A timestamp on every line that plays the moment
  • Written in the language the meeting was held in

A transcript with every speaker

The whole conversation, word for word, with each line marked by who said it. MeetNotely detects the language spoken, including meetings that switch between Arabic and English. Give a speaker their real name once and the meeting uses it from then on.

  • Speaker names on every line, and you can rename them
  • The language detected for you
  • Follow the transcript while the recording plays
  • Search inside one meeting

Action items with owners and due dates

Decisions turn into tasks. Each action item names who owns it and when it's due, links to the moment it was agreed, and can be ticked off from the meeting or from the list of everything still open.

  • An owner and a due date on each item
  • Cited to the moment it was agreed
  • Every open item from every meeting in one place
  • Tick items off as they're done

Find anything

Ask a meeting.Or all of them.

Stop scrubbing through recordings. Ask, search and read in the language that suits you.

Ask your meetings

Ask a question in plain words, the way you'd ask a colleague who was there: what did we decide, who owns the deck, what did the client ask for. Ask one meeting, or every meeting in your workspace at once. The answer comes back in the language you asked in, with a link to each moment it's based on.

  • One meeting, or all of them at once
  • Answers in the language of your question
  • Every answer cites the moments it comes from

Search by words and by meaning

Find a meeting from a word someone said, or from what they meant. Search looks through every transcript and note in your workspace, understands Arabic as well as English, and takes you straight to the line.

  • Exact words, or the idea behind them
  • Arabic-aware, not English only
  • Results open at the moment in the call

English, Arabic and more

MeetNotely is built for English and Arabic: the app is fully right to left in Arabic, and notes are written in the language the meeting was held in. Need them in another language? Translate a meeting's notes into any of the 16 languages MeetNotely writes in.

  • A fully right-to-left app in Arabic
  • Notes in the meeting's language, or translated
  • Meetings that mix Arabic and English

Before and during

Record from the browser.Or upload the file.

Two ways to get a meeting in, and a calendar that reminds you before it starts.

Browser recording, no bot

Open the meeting in a browser tab, press record and share that tab together with your microphone. That's all MeetNotely needs. Nothing joins the call, so nobody sees a notetaker in the participant list. It works with Google Meet, and with Zoom and Microsoft Teams when you join them on the web.

  • Nothing joins the call
  • Google Meet, and Zoom and Teams on the web
  • Your voice from the mic, everyone else from the tab
  • Audio only: no video is recorded

Upload a recording

Already have the file? Upload it and get the same transcript, cited notes, action items and Ask. Add several files at once, and set each one's title, date and language before it's processed. Uploaded meetings carry an “Uploaded” label so you can tell them apart.

  • MP3, M4A, MP4, MOV, WAV, WebM, OGG, AAC and FLAC
  • Up to 2 GB and 2 hours per file
  • Several files at once
  • Title, date and language set before processing

Google Calendar alerts

Connect Google Calendar and your upcoming meetings appear in MeetNotely. Before each one starts you get an alert, in the app, as a browser notification or by email, whichever you choose, and one click starts recording. MeetNotely only reads your calendar; it never changes it.

  • Upcoming meetings in one list
  • Alerts in the app, by browser push or by email
  • One click to start recording
  • Read-only access to your calendar

Share and control

Share what matters.Keep the rest private.

Send a meeting to people who weren't there, work on it together, and decide who sees what.

Share links and clips

Choose what a link shows, the notes, the transcript, the recording or any mix, and give it an expiry date if you want one. Cut a short clip of the moment that matters. Revoke a link at any time and it stops working right away.

  • Choose notes, transcript and recording
  • An optional expiry date
  • Short clips of a single moment
  • Revoke any link, any time

Workspaces with roles

Record into a shared workspace and everyone in it sees the same meetings and notes. Invite people to join and give each one a role: owner, admin or member. Your personal workspace stays yours alone.

  • Owner, admin and member roles
  • Invite people to your workspace
  • One shared library of meetings

Your data, kept private

Recordings stay private to your workspace until you share them. Our database is in Frankfurt and recordings are stored in the EU. Your meetings are never used to train AI models, and you can delete a meeting whenever you like.

Questions?Answered.

Can I rename the speakers in a transcript?

Yes. Give each speaker their real name once and the meeting shows that name from then on, in the transcript, the notes and the action items.

Which languages does MeetNotely work in?

The app is in English and Arabic. Meetings are transcribed in the language spoken, and notes and answers can be written in 16 languages, including English, Arabic, French, Spanish, Turkish, Hindi and Urdu.

Can people outside my workspace open a shared meeting?

Only through a public link you create. They see what you chose to include, without signing in, but they can't edit anything, ask questions or see your other meetings.

Can my team see each other's meetings?

In a team workspace, members see the meetings recorded into it, with roles for owners, admins and members. Your personal workspace is yours alone.

What happens to my recording?

It is stored privately in your workspace, in the EU. It is never used to train AI models, and you can delete a meeting whenever you like.
