Per hour, not per seat
Why per hour. And not per person.
Most software charges for every person on the account. MeetNotely charges for recorded time, so the bill follows how much you meet, not how many people you invite.
Paying per seat
- Every person costs the same, whether they record or not
- Adding a colleague means another monthly fee
- A quiet month costs as much as a busy one
Paying per recorded hour
- You pay for recorded time, not for people
- Add colleagues freely; they share one balance
- A quiet month costs less
How credits work.Three steps.
Credits are shown in dollars, so you always know what a meeting cost.
Buy credits.
Top up your balance when you need to. Credits are shown in dollars, not in minutes or tokens.
Record or upload.
Each meeting uses credits for the time it runs, at $1 per recorded hour. A 30-minute call costs half that.
Share one balance.
In a team workspace everyone records from the same balance. Add people freely; there are no seat fees.
Every plan includes
- Browser recording with no bot, and file upload
- Full transcript with speakers
- Cited notes, decisions and action items
- Ask your meetings, in English and Arabic
- Share links and clips
- Google Calendar alerts

Questions?Answered.
What counts as a recorded hour?
The length of the recording or the uploaded file. Time spent reading notes, searching or asking questions costs nothing.
Is there a monthly fee or a subscription?
No. You buy credits and they are used as you record. There is nothing to cancel.
Do I pay for every person in my team?
No. There are no seat fees. Everyone in a team workspace records from one shared balance, so adding a colleague costs nothing until they record.
How does volume pricing work?
Teams that record a lot can ask us for a lower hourly rate. Send a message from the contact page with a rough number of hours a month.
What does Enterprise include?
Everything in Team, plus options for organisations with strict data rules and partners who want MeetNotely under their own name, logo and domain. It is agreed with the team and priced per organisation.
Can I start today?

Pay for the hoursyou actually record.
