These terms are the agreement between you and To fill: registered company name ("we", "us") for using MeetNotely. Please read them together with our privacy policy, which explains how we handle personal data.
1.Agreeing to these terms
By creating an account or using MeetNotely, you agree to these terms. If you use MeetNotely for a company or other organization, you confirm that you may accept these terms for it, and "you" includes that organization.
If you do not agree, do not use MeetNotely.
2.The service
MeetNotely records meetings in your web browser (the sound of a browser tab plus your microphone; no bot joins the call), transcribes them, and uses AI to write notes, chapters, decisions, action items and translations that cite the moment they come from. It also offers search and Ask across your meetings, Google Calendar alerts, workspaces for teams, and share links and clips.
We are improving MeetNotely all the time, so features may change. We may offer some features as early access; they may change or be removed. To confirm: whether launch is labelled early access / beta
3.Eligibility and your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
- Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for everything done with your account.
- Tell us at once at sami@meetnotely.com if you think someone has used your account without permission.
4.Workspaces and teams
Every account has a personal workspace. You can also create team workspaces and invite people. Owners and admins manage members and roles; meetings recorded in a team workspace belong to that workspace and its members can see them.
The owner of a team workspace is responsible for who they invite and for how members use it. When a member is removed, they lose access to the workspace's meetings at once.
5.Recording consent is your responsibility
Because MeetNotely records from your browser without a bot, other people may not know they are being recorded. Before you record, you must tell everyone in the meeting and get any consent the law requires. We do not ask for consent on your behalf.
- Recording laws differ by country and region. In the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and many other places, recording a private conversation without consent can be a crime. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you and to the people you record.
- Do not record meetings where recording is not allowed, or where someone has objected.
- Handle what you record (and the transcripts and notes made from it) lawfully, including when you share it.
6.Acceptable use
You must not use MeetNotely to, or try to:
- break any law, or record, store or share content you have no right to;
- harass, threaten, defame or harm anyone, or violate their privacy;
- upload or spread malware, or attack, probe or overload the service;
- get around limits, security, or another workspace's access controls;
- copy, reverse engineer or resell the service, except as the law allows or we agree in writing;
- scrape the service or use its output to build a competing product or train AI models;
- use share links to publish unlawful content.
7.Your content
Your recordings, transcripts, notes, questions and the rest of what you put into MeetNotely ("your content") stay yours. You give us a limited right to host, copy, process and transmit your content, including to the service providers named in the privacy policy, only to run MeetNotely for you and as you instruct (for example when you share a link).
We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not sell it. If you send us feedback, we may use it without owing you anything.
8.AI output may be wrong
Transcripts, speaker labels, notes, translations, action items and Ask answers are made by AI. They can be wrong, incomplete or attribute words to the wrong person, and a citation may not point to exactly the right moment. Check anything important against the recording before you rely on it. AI output is not legal, financial, medical or other professional advice.
9.Share links and clips
A share link or clip can be opened by anyone who has it, without signing in. You decide what it shows and who you send it to, and you are responsible for that. You can revoke a link at any time. We may disable links that break these terms.
10.Google and other services
If you sign in with Google or connect Google Calendar, Google's terms also apply to your Google account. MeetNotely depends on outside providers (listed in the privacy policy) and we are not responsible for their outages or changes, though we will work to limit the effect on you.
11.Pricing, credits and payment
MeetNotely does not take payments yet. This section describes the planned model and will be confirmed before billing starts. To confirm: the whole billing section

12.Partners and white-label
Partners may offer MeetNotely under their own brand under a separate agreement with us. If you use MeetNotely through a partner, your contract for the service may be with that partner, and the partner's terms apply alongside these. Partners are responsible for their own customers, including telling them how recording consent works. To confirm: partner agreement structure
13.Suspension and closing an account
You can stop using MeetNotely at any time. To close your account and delete your data, write to sami@meetnotely.com (self-service deletion is not available in the app yet).
We may suspend or close an account, or disable a share link, if you break these terms, if your use puts the service, other users or third parties at risk, if a payment is not made, or if the law requires it. Where it is reasonable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem or retrieve your content.
After an account is closed, we delete its data as described in the privacy policy. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as your content, liability, indemnity and governing law) continue to apply.
14.Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep MeetNotely available and your data safe, but we do not promise that it will always be available, error-free, or that no data will ever be lost. There is no service-level agreement unless we sign one with you. Keep your own copy of anything you can't afford to lose.
If we stop offering MeetNotely or a major feature, we will give reasonable notice so you can retrieve your content.
15.Disclaimers
To the extent the law allows, MeetNotely is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.
16.Limitation of liability
- To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data.
- Our total liability for all claims about MeetNotely is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. To confirm: a minimum amount for users who have paid nothing
- Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud or wilful misconduct, or your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.
17.Indemnity
You will compensate us for claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, from recording people without the consent the law requires, or from your breach of these terms.
18.Our intellectual property
MeetNotely, its software, design, logo and brand belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under these terms. You may not use our name or logo without our written permission.
19.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or in the app at least To confirm: 30 days before it takes effect. If you keep using MeetNotely after that, the new terms apply; if you don't agree, stop using MeetNotely and ask us to close your account.

If you are a consumer, you keep any protections that the law of your country gives you and that cannot be waived.
These terms are published in English and Arabic. Owner decision: which version prevails if they differ (an Arabic version may be required for consumers in some GCC countries)
21.General
- These terms and the privacy policy are the whole agreement between us about MeetNotely, unless we sign a separate agreement with you.
- If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
- If we don't enforce a right straight away, we don't give it up.
- You may not transfer these terms without our consent; we may transfer them to a company that takes over MeetNotely.
