About MeetNotely.Notes you can check.

MeetNotely is an AI meeting notetaker for English and Arabic. It records from your browser, writes the transcript and notes, and cites the moment every note came from.

What we build

A notetakeryou can check.

Meetings are where decisions get made, and notes are how those decisions survive the call. Yet most meeting notes are written from memory, by someone who was also trying to take part.

MeetNotely turns a meeting into a transcript, cited notes, decisions and action items, and lets you ask the meeting questions afterwards. It records from the browser tab the meeting runs in, so no bot joins the call. It works in English, in Arabic, and in meetings that switch between the two.

AI writes the first draft. You stay the judge: every line links to the second of the recording it came from, so checking a note takes one click.

What we believe

Four principles.In every meeting.

  1. Every note is cited

AI summaries can be confidently wrong. A meeting note is only useful if you can check it, so every line MeetNotely writes links to the moment it came from.

In the productA timestamp on every summary line, decision and action item, and on every answer from Ask.

  2. Nothing joins the call

A bot in a call changes the call: people notice it, ask about it and talk differently. Recording from your own browser keeps the meeting as it was.

In the productRecording from a browser tab and your mic, or uploading a file you already have.

  3. English and Arabic from day one

Most meeting tools treat Arabic as an afterthought. MeetNotely is built for both languages, and for the meetings that move between them.

In the productA fully right-to-left app, notes in the meeting's language, and answers in the language you ask in.

  4. Your meetings stay yours

A recording of your meeting is some of the most sensitive data you have. It should be private by default and easy to remove.

In the productPrivate workspaces, links you can revoke, meetings you can delete, and no training on your data.
